Aspetti generali/General Terms and Conditions
1. Le presenti “Condizioni generali di contratto” disciplinano ai sensi di legge i servizi professionali offerti, prenotati attraverso il sito GuidesInTurin, e il cliente finale. Esse valgono per tutte le prestazioni riferite a GuidesInTurin, anche se fornite da terzi.
1. These “General Terms and Conditions” govern the professional services offered, booked through the GuidesInTurin website, and the end customer in accordance with the law. They apply to all services referred to GuidesInTurin, even if provided by third parties.
2. La prenotazione è da considerarsi “contratto d’opera” ai sensi dell’art 2222 cod. civ., obbligando rispettivamente le parti alla prestazione del servizio e al pagamento della tariffa concordata. L’obbligo di pagamento resta sussistente, nei tempi e nei modi riportati dalla prenotazione, anche nell’eventualità in cui il servizio venga offerto non dal titolare di guidesinturin, ma da un suo sostituto o collaboratore, ai sensi dell’art. 2232 cod. civ.
2. The reservation is to be considered a “work contract” according to art. 2222 of the Italian civil code, obliging the parties respectively to provide the service and to pay the agreed rate. The payment obligation remains in place, in the times and in the ways indicated by the booking, even in case that the service is offered not by the owner of GuidesinTurin, but by a substitute or collaborator, pursuant to art. 2232 civ. cod.
Prezzi e tariffe/Prices and rates
3. Il prezzo dei tour è calcolato sulla base delle vigenti tariffe guide del Piemonte. I compensi si riferiscono esclusivamente all’onorario dovuto alla guida e sono comprensivi della ritenuta d’acconto (20%) ed esenti iva (art.10, comma 22 del d.p.r. 633/72 e succ. mod.). I compensi superiori a € 77,47 sono soggetti a marca da bollo da € 2. A queste andranno aggiunti gli eventuali ticket d’ingresso, le spese accessorie, previdenziali, laddove previsto e i servizi offerti da terzi, quand’anche inseriti all’interno dell’itinerario. Ogni tour, pertanto, è soggetto a preventivo ad hoc con prenotazione successiva.
3. The price of the tours is calculated on the basis of the Piedmont guide rates in force . The fees refer exclusively to the fee due to the guide and include taxes . Fees in excess of € 77.47 are subject to € 2. tax stamp. Any entry tickets and other costs not specified in the description on the Website are not included. Each tour, therefore, is subject to an “ad hoc” quote with subsequent booking.
4. I pagamenti possono essere effettuati sia in contanti fino alle somme stabilite dalla legge, sia con carta elettronica o con trasferimenti bancari nei modi previsti dalla normativa vigente.
4. Payments can be made either in cash ,up to the amounts established by law, or by electronic card or by bank transfers in the ways provided for by current legislation.
5. Per le agenzie di viaggio e soggetti IVA, la scadenza per il saldo della fattura, salvo accordi tra le parti, è fissata naturalmente all’ultimo giorno del mese di emissione della stessa.
5. For travel agencies and VAT subjects, the deadline for the balance of the invoice, unless agreed between the parties, is naturally set on the last day of the month in which it is issued.
Perfezionamento della prenotazione/Perfecting your booking
6. La prenotazione del tour è soggetta alla disponibilità di guide turistiche ed è da ritenersi perfezionata con l’invio, da parte di GuidesInTurin, di apposito voucher riportante i dati dell’itinerario prescelto e i riferimenti della guida. Il voucher dev’essere presentato all’inizio del tour e costituisce l’unico documento che permette di usufruire del servizio richiesto.
6. The booking of the tour is subject to the availability of tourist guides and is to be considered completed with the sending, by GuidesInTurin, of a specific voucher showing the data of the chosen itinerary and the guide’s references. The voucher must be presented at the beginning of the tour and is the only document that allows you to use the requested service.
Termini di prenotazione, modifica e cancellazione/Booking, modification and cancellation terms
7. La prenotazione dev’essere effettuata con qualche giorno di anticipo la data di previsione del tour così da dare modo di elaborare il preventivo sulla base dei dati forniti e delle richieste avanzate. Se in alta stagione (primavera e autunno), meglio prenotare con largo anticipo per essere certi di trovare guide disponibili.
7. The booking must be made some days in advance of the tour date. If in high season (spring and autumn), it is better to book well in advance to be sure to find available guides.
8. PENALI PER ANNULLAMENTO: da 15 a 8 giorni prima 50% – da 7 a 4 giorni prima 80% – nei 3 giorni precedenti 100%. Eventuali modifiche sostanziali del tour devono essere concordate con GuidesInTurin.
8. CANCELLATION PENALTIES: from 15 to 8 days before 50% – from 7 to 4 days before 80% – in the previous 3 days 100%. Any substantial changes to the tour must be agreed with GuidesInTurin.
9. Gli orari di inizio tour e i luoghi di ritrovo sono espressamente riportati sul voucher di prenotazione. Dev’essere cura del cliente provvedere a giungere per tempo al luogo d’incontro con la guida. Il limite di ritardo tollerato, prima dell’attivazione del “no show” è di 15 minuti dall’orario indicato sulla prenotazione. GuidesInTurin non si assume alcuna responsabilità per errori di localizzazione o calcolo della tempistica per raggiungere il punto di ritrovo, ed invita i clienti a verificare per tempo i fattori di cui necessitano.
9. Tour starting time and meeting place are expressly indicated on the booking voucher. Customer care must be taken to arrive at the meeting point in time with the guide. The tolerated delay limit, before the activation of the “no show” is 15 minutes from the time indicated on the booking. GuidesInTurin assumes no responsibility for location errors or wrong timing calculations to reach the meeting point, and invites customers to check the factors they need in time.
10. Non verranno prese in considerazione richieste di modifiche o annullamento pervenute oltre i termini indicati all’articolo 8. GuidesInTurin richiederà l’intero importo della tariffa stabilita altresì per le eventuali modifiche riduttorie a tour iniziato.
10. Requests for changes or cancellations received after the deadlines indicated in article 8 will not be taken into consideration. GuidesInTurin will request the full amount of the rate also established for any reductive changes after the tour has started.
